The average family spends well over a grand a year in fuel costs, and you know with crude oil going well over $100, it will vastly increase and the savings will come in handy!

First things first,this isn't about running your car on 100% water. There are systems out there on running your car on 100% water. I seriously do not recommend those, due to the reason being that these solutions can be very expensive, and very unpredictable with results depending per car, and usage of that car.
